The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated titles are suggestions only and we do not guarantee their effectiveness.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShortformLab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for using the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).

7. Platform Independence

ShortformLab is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to YouTube, Google, Alphabet, TikTok, ByteDance, Instagram, or Meta. Platform names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
